14.01.2022 From BESA Center Perspectives Paper No. 1,986, April 5, 2021, by Dr Mordechai Kedar: The Islamic Movement in Israel is a branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, the i...deological hothouse that spawned such organizations as Hamas, al-Qaeda, ISIS, and various other Sunni jihadist groups that reject Israel’s right to exist. Giving the Islamic Movement a kosher stamp of approval sets Israel on the same destructive path trod by Lebanon ever since Hezbollah became part of that country. ... All the sugar-coated slogans that have been fed to the media over the last few months, such as a deep internal change has occurred in the Arab sector, young Arabs think differently, they’re totally Israeli in their way of life, they want to integrate into the society and the state, they want to stop being spectators and enter the political arenaevery last one of them is meant to cover the nakedness of the politicians and their lack of interest in salvaging the political system from the crisis into which they have plunged it. If they wanted to, they could solve the problem very quickly: by renouncing the personal and sectorial considerations that guide them and acting on behalf of the national interest. But no: they prefer instead to pin their hopes on a movement whose whole aim is to eradicate Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. Hence, all of themleft, center, and rightare culpable for setting Israel on the path paved by the Lebanese, who similarly ignored the danger posed by Hezbollah and claimed (like some Israeli commentators) that it had left the cycle of terror and assumed its place in the political arena. One should not be impressed by the suits and ties of the Islamic Movement’s MKs, their flawless Hebrew, their academic degrees, and the slogans they voice. The Islamic Movement in Israel has not relinquished its ultimate goalthe destruction of Israel as a Jewish stateand everything it has done since entering the Knesset has been geared toward the moment it will be rendered kosher by Zionist Jews whose personal ambitions and political disputes have paralyzed their ability to put the country first. https://besacenter.org//mansour-abbas-and-the-lebanonizat/
14.01.2022 If they really think we are terrorists, I have a message to them: I am proud to put terror in the heart of the Zionist regime. https://aijac.org.au//mavi-marmara-passenger-arrested-on-/
11.01.2022 Why we honour the martyred Soviet Jews 'Through these acts of remembrance, we have thwarted the killers who sought to obliterate not only Jewish life but any memory that our people ever lived and died'. 09.01.2022 From The Australian, 2 April 2021, by Remy Varga: A Melbourne neo-Nazi leader has targeted a prominent Jewish community advocate in a series of vile and threatening social media posts, sparking concerns that far-right extremist groups are becoming increasingly emboldened. Thomas Sewell, the self-proclaimed head of the National Socialist Network, used the Telegram social media platform to share a digitally doctored image depicting Anti-Defamation Commission chairman Dvir Abram...ovich inside a gas chamber with a yellow Star of David superimposed on his forehead. The same image also shows Mr Sewell making a Nazi-style salute, and captioned F..k Dvir. Other posts include a poll asking his almost 10,000 followers to vote on whether Dr Abramovich was a filthy jew k..e vampire c..t. ... Footscray University political extremism expert Debra Smith said although the visibility of the far right waxed and waned, extremist groups were becoming increasingly brazen. I do think these groups are becoming more emboldened and more visible in a way since a period in the 80s, said Associate Professor Smith. We are definitely seeing a period where these groups are acting as if a time has come where they can openly purport the ideology in public space. The number of matters linked to right-wing extremists doubled in the past 18 months and comprise around 40 per cent of Victoria’s counter terror watch list. Mr Sewell responded to The Weekend Australian with further derogatory comments. Victoria Police’s Counter Terrorism Command is investigating one extreme right-wing group and while its identity has not been confirmed, the threshold to trigger an investigation is a perceived threat of terror. https://www.theaustralian.com.au//701324446e803ec97e154900
