25.01.2022 Burger Point CHILDISH GAMBINO: 12 patty Atta boy (kids slider) with shake and fries . The day I ate this i got alot of inboxes from people shocked and impressed by this burger. Then I told them it was a 1kg slider. Yes it's smaller than a regular burger - still a kilo though. 12x75g patties. 6 slices of Cheese (half on each) and a 50g bun. Do the matttthhhh. And yes I ate it. I left the chips. FK that. But I ordered extra jalapeno aioli on the side and went about ea...ting it like a French dip lol. Almost their second home - Shark island Brewing - on a gloomy Saturday and this yellow and black food truck providing a ray of sunshine (and burgers). The guys at Plan B (Crows Nest, Top Ryde and Castle Hill) just upgraded their sausages via a new German butcher supplier and I've gotta say for a guy who doesn't love the sausage much these are pretty good. Granted, Mac and cheese makes everything better and you can barely see the sausage on another it's so loaded lol. With their... new menu additions a fortnight ago and mozzarella sticks being added to the menu I also pestered and annoyed the chef untill he made a Mozza patty for me coz fried American cheese does nothing for me! I've been eyeing off the range from Drunken Sailor Canning Co for a while and I actually was in search of a peach jam (why does no one commercially make peach jam?). Found a little cafe in Panania with a large range and then got torn between buying the Peach, this Rum Pineapple, the jalapeno relish or the chipotle honey. Fuck me they so...und good.
