James has travelled with the Australian Judo team and looks after many elite judo and BJJ fighters. James works at Champion Health and will be guiding us through exercises that address common weak areas in judokas. James is also available for one-on-one consultations in person at Champion Health or through video consultation. Yes, that's right -- IN PERSON. Allied Health is an essential service! 13.01.2022 Today was the conclusion of an intensive 6 week course for Sensei Sian Coates. Sian started with our club at the age of 7 and has competed in local, state, national & international competitions. Sian has trained at club, state, national levels as well as in Japan. So please join with me in congratulating Sensei Sian Coates as she has achieved her 1st Dan Black Belt. Very long time in the making, but put the nerves aside and made it happen.
