25.01.2022 At Bell our favourite rider and ponies ( Coolie and Lilly ) had a great day of fun , PBs and excitement. Coolie was back to himself to quote our favourite rider ( Nicky) " my 16.8 boy" . Our fave young mare did her mum proud on only her 7th & 8th run in her career with a 19.? In the first round then in the 2nd round shaved another second off ..This girl is nowhere near her peak , we cant wait to see how this "diamond" girl goes as she matures

24.01.2022 Italdo Fam Bam...due to a technical hitch ( my bad ....) The Laurella Lodge QBRA event videos, photos and what not wont be posted until tomorrow of our fave ponies and rider . Many apologies if youve been drooling, sitting on the edge of your seat in anticipation of how they performed......its worth the wait I promise. Also there will be an introduction of Nickys ( Narelles ) ....special needs student who Nicky has performed miracles to get her where she is in her horsemanship skills ,confidence and results speak for themselves.

23.01.2022 RUOK ITALDO familly Ive been quiet lately as Ive been playing with ponies, being positive ,making sure I have a clear mind plus doing the right thing I hope your Easter was awesome and you all were on a sugar high from the goodies brought to you by the essential traveller E. Bunny Esquire ... Now I would like to chat about the next prominent day thats close to my heart. ANZAC Day As we know all dawn services have been cancelled this year due to our current situation however we can do our little bit for rememberance. As the morale officer of Italdo I unfortunately dont reside there but live just up the road , At our property we have hung an Australian Flag and a New Zealand flag on our shed with hope there will be a special 3rd flag placed with these 2 it will be here in time ..if not it will be up for 2021 Lots of Italdo familly members know why this day is close to my heart ..having served myself. Something Ive only discovered today Everyone in our awesome country is entitled to request from either their state or federal member of parliament once a year an Australian National Flag (ANF) Our city counterparts are standing on their driveway on ANZAC Day st dawn for their service ... This is impractical for the rural community..How about we all request from our state or federal Polly an ANF and fly it proudly for ANZAC day I will be requesting one. 19.01.2022 Sorry about the delay Italdo Fam Bam for making you wait on how our fave rider and ponies performed at Nanango QBRA event on the 22nd of Aug . My goodness our amazing black pony Coolie is on fire both his runs were sub 16 . How proud was his mum on his performance that day with a grin from ear to ear. Her were or similar were. " it was all Coolie as I didnt have to push him at all , I was just a passenger along for his amazing moment. Our little girl Lily was not happy wi...th the arena or the massive wind gusts occurring that day. Shes only young and still learning all conditions, Nicky ( Mum) just took it in her stride, with patience and guidance slowly urging her through the pattern with assurance she was safe as houses. We arent shocked that our fave rider would do no less for her babies Next event is this Sat at Dalby please be patient as your crazy lil reporter will be away for just over a week unable to make the last 2 events before finals ..Rest assured before finals i will endeavour to let you know how they go

18.01.2022 WOOHOO YIPPEE Italdo Fam Bam here we go the narration of last Saturdays Event. ON Sat 11th July QBRA restarted its 2020 season as most of the year was thrown into CHAOS due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. The event took place at Laurella Lodge at East Greenmount . Our favourite ponies Hillvue Super Coo ( Coolie) l and Hillvue Diamond Lilly (Lilly) were there with our fave rider Narelle (Nicky )Bauer. Coolie being cool calm collected took it in his stride showing hi...s mum hes still got it ..great times and a 2nd in open 4D .2nd event Awesome job Italdo team, with the last event being Dalby in March, a life time ago it feels like Lilly being such a young beautiful mare and Saturday being her second outing. Her times were awesome as she finds her stride and learns more about the barrel pattern . Mumma Nicky letting her do her own thing this year under mummas watchful eye as she learns. This girl will be a mare to watch in the not so distant future. I dont know about you im excited to keep watch on Lillys growth in time as Nicky trains her

18.01.2022 EOI only lovely and quite gelding is paint rego DOB 10/11/16 Sire: Just a cowboy Dam: Intense Xzibit had about 25 rides. Really good to wash/rug/shoe/brush and leads beside bike. Kids can put a halter on him and lead him about. I have trotted him around the barrel Patton and ride him outside. He had 20rides then turned out for 3 month and only just back in now. Not for kids to ride yet as still green but with not much more work everyone could ride him. Pm if interested

18.01.2022 Speaking of ANZAC Day , as I am unable to attend Dawn Service which is OK as it will be a day for rememberance regardless I would like to share with you this year this one ANZAC day that changed my life and thought processes .. This 6 years ago in 2014. As I start to introduce myself as Italdo,s special student ... Im not one for talking about myself but well start with this special ANZAC Day ..to start the ball rolling and share my journal p I turned into a blog plus a video that was created . 14.01.2022 Good Morning Italdo Fam Bam Well what a weekend we just had at the Chinchilla Event " Weekend of Barrels" with the awesome QBRA. Before We report on how our fave rider and ponies on their achievements on the weekend. We would like to thank yet again the QBRA Committee and their team for another amazing run event. All the participants with their awesome camaraderie and sportsmanship on the weekend and congratulate or the winners and place getters who truly deserved their... moment of glory A huge Kudos to the QBRA Committee, their gorgeous team of helpers plus all who were there either competing or speculating on the weekend. It was a pleasure being part of it. Even our "special needs" rider is comfortable and socialising more at these events

We all know her riding ability is amazing, we know how she is with training her( our) ponies and their talent . We all know as a teacher/ coach how she is passionate in getting the best out of her students ( even the "special" ones) and improve their riding skills . She loves giving back to her community that she is involved in which she does on the QT HOWEVER the cats out of the bag . Keep an eye out for the cool calm collected COOLIE and the Luscious LILLY with their notorious mum Nicky ( Narelle) creating amazing moments in the arena .. you may see( if she does well ) her special needs student with her horse creat shockwaves around the arena with her improving horsemanship skills

13.01.2022 The Morale officer must be feeling better as she popping on a few posts at 2AM lol with all the sleep she has had, her sleep patterns are weirder than normal lol. Its OK to have them for whatever reason theres not much happening for her at the moment but rest and sleep. I must say getting a bit better doesnt mean go back to normality it means let the body recover from its its internal fight of the cold. With nothing much else to do Ive even been reading all my emails that... I normally just delete because its just advertising emails. One email I read I discovered something that could help small businesses and non profit organisations, so I did a little research to see what the govt incentives were during this trying time had for small business/ Non Profit organisations and found this link which I would like to share below. In this link there is the usual long winded Govt wording ( sounds like me lol) but there is a lot of fact sheets too to download that make it easier to understand what each incentive is actually about . We all have the time now to read them and if its pertinent to you maybe act on it . I know its hard to think of the future because you think doom and gloom but I believe good things come out of "interesting" times ( I never use the "B" word) My theory is have something to look forward too in the future whilst thinking in the NOW, to me it brings HOPE , POSITIVITY, A CLEAR MIND and to be able to DEAL with the NOW better than before . www.treasury.gov.au/coronavirus/businesses I have no small business so even though I have written off Horse events for 2020 Im not sad, as soon as I have recovered from this silly ol cold Ill be working on my horsemanship skills with my Crazy Blond Youngun and my Grumpy ol Red Roan horses in HOPE for an Awesome season in 2021 . Also one of our hand raised Jersey Cows ( our first hand raised calf :) ) is due with her first calf on the 14th of April and Im so excited as my baby girl is going to be a mum and I get to be a nanna again to another grand baby . Oops the morale officer is thinking of her property not the Awesome Italdo Place :) but she she doesnt care as HOPE is a great thing to spread everywhere :)

OUR fave ponies from our camp and our fave rider performed so well at the first event since lockdown restrictions were loosened . 10.01.2022 Again I must apologise for my tardiness in regards to updating you our Italdo Fam Bam on how our fave rider and ponies performed at Dalby last weekend. I wasnt there as I had to go to Brisblah for this week returning to the Tara bubble tomorrow., however this isnt about me you want to know about . Our cool calm collected COOLIE has definitely decided that he wants to be in the 3D category mum has had no control of this and is proud as punch . Look out 3D riders in 2021 Coo...lie and Nicky ( Narelle ) are coming for you ..Coolie is chomping at the bit Our lil girl Lily has turned herself around from a frightened young horse at Nanango to coming first in the 2nd event in 4D. How proud are we with this lil girl and how far she has come. Dont forget shes only 4 years old, Nicky ( Narelle) has done an amazing job with her ...she will be a pony to watch as she matures. In comments is her winnings envelope no videos found or photos if you did take one of Nicky and Lily please post it in the comments as we would love to add it to her folder This Saturday is the final event before finals at Byramoo ( how the hell do you spell that Lmao) The amazing Trio is neck and neck with another for 2nd in the 4D . 10.01.2022 Hi Italdo Fam Bam, as I sit here waiting for a whole load of pics to be posted to the special needs photo Album and you all go WTF . I would like to introduce myself and hopefully they will make sense. Hi my name is Robbie, you may have met at sometime but you have definitely read my posts on this page as with Nicky I do a lot of writing for this page . What you may not know about me is that I am Nickys special needs student. This is because I suffer the mental issues that c...ome under the umbrella of PTSD. As you will understand when they finally post, snippets of my life and how each part has made me who I am today. When I moved to Tara and looking for a riding instructor Karma was on my side and Nicky messaged me . It was a pinnacle point for the confidence Im gaining in horsemanship. As we all know this special lady is one busy bee with work , her babies and everything else. When she can she always fits me in as best she can. There are days where I cancel at the last minute as I just cant face the world and she rolls with it . To a veteran with mental health issues the worse thing that can happen to them is people giving up on them because they are "Too hard" to deal with. With Nicky she has never given up on me, her belief in me is astounding even when I doubt myself to the max. She kicks my butt when I need it , she lets me settle when she needs too . Exactly what a crazy ol veteran needs/wants someone to help fight the fight with her. I am also so proud to be able to call her my friend as well So there you go thats me in a nutshell and why I am a student at Italdo Performance Horses.

As the morale officer is feeling calm and has a clear mind, I have put the definitions of 2 words I believe are important of how we will cope with the COVID-19 safety restrictions and how these restrictions affect everyday life especially as there is no end date to work too. Read them, think about them, they are also emotional choices everyday to make of how you want the mood of your day to be .... Frustration the feeling of being upset or annoyed as a result of being unable to change or achieve something Patience the ability to endure difficult circumstances such as perseverance in the face of delay; tolerance of provocation without responding in annoyance/anger; or forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties. Patience is the level of endurance one can have before negativity.

08.01.2022 At the end March our awesome 4some are travelling so well in QBRA 4D as you see they have raced to the top of the leader board for this division. At the Nanango Double Jackpot event this grew with another 5 points to their total Our gorgeous Diamond Lily scored her first point in Futurity for the season as well :D .. We will update you as we go every month how this amazing team is progressing for the QBRA season ... 06.01.2022 Hi Italdo Fam Bam, I hope you've had an awesome Easter and the Easter Bunny was kind First of of all I didn't get a chance to video our awesome 4some in all their runs, I was an " honorary " Open member and dealing with my grumpy and very busy boys . After all the rain/flooding there's been very little chance to ride the 3 amigos unless you had huge water skis and a jet boat ... So Easter Saturday QBRA held an event Nanango Double Jackpot at South Burnett Western performance club. Our superstar Coolie started the morning being very fresh whilst being lunged bucking and being his fresh self until mum got him back to our calm boy. A few people were surprised as they hadn't seen our boy this fresh before , he's never nasty just fresh Lilly had issues with the heavy arena with dainty hooves first round however 2nd round she was more settled and back to her gorgeous self Bolt was bolt still learning and everytime I see him, he's improving his pattern constantly he'll also be one to watch next season as he finds his groove for his mum. Coolie got his superstardom back 2nd round and won the 4D event . Love our Coolie We like to thank Miriams horse sports photography for the awesome action shots below for Bolt and Coolie . 06.01.2022 Well our crazy ol "Specials Needs" fam bam member kicked a goal at Bell. She was hoping to crack under 30 seconds for her runs ....she did it on her 2nd run 1st run was a pumteenth off of cracking under 30 but kicked the goal 2nd run lol the crazy ol lady is getting there . Next goal marker is crack under 25 ....

05.01.2022 As the crazy lady student of Italdo, I feel very humble that my story is of interest ...I am one of many stories from my vet community .. i just want to give back to this community plus all other communities that have adopted me ( silly people ) That its ok to be not ok . For me its not about the the issues, its how you deal with them . 4 letters i strongly believe in, if you have an inkling that someone is struggling, these 4 letters could save a life RUOK

04.01.2022 Well what a weekend our Favourite rider and her amazing ponies had . On Saturday, with our gorgeous black boy Coolie placed a 5th and a 2nd in 4D with their runs. Our favourite little girl Lilly is coming on nicely in her maiden year , Nicky is not pushing her as she is getting used to all the different arenas , with only one tiny mishap in her first run on Sat, however our amazing Rider kept her calm and took her through the pattern. Lillys second run she didnt put a foo...t wrong made her mum proud On Sunday well our Coolie did his mum proud and they as a team won the 4D max points round and their smiles couldnt have been bigger. ( shh dont tell anyone Coolie and Nicky had their timings a bit confused as both of them saw the markets at Chinchilla and were chomping at the bit to have a peek until they were reminded that comp was starting an hour earlier luckily they were stopped in time to put the barrel head on, not market head and look what they achieved ) Lilly settled more for mum on Sunday and took more time off her run, look out when this girl is a more polished "Diamond" she will turn heads in and out of the arena Well done Lilly for being mums "Diamond" in the rough and smoothing out more with each and every run See more
