16.01.2022 So.... we were passing by as usual. This time @Paddington and we ran into this place. . Always unexpected, and always curious, even though we just had dinner (...literally just 2 mins ago we came out of a restaurant) I had to convince my partner in crime that we have to go inside and try. . As we enter, we were greeted by this mysterious vintage ride turned into a table filled with old, classic, medieval Italian cookbooks. . We first order the traditional ‘Margherita’ pizza to go. Whilst we were waiting, we hear the chatter of Italian words and take a closer look around the restaurant. . We see wine bottles displayed in the deli fridge and rustic brick walls with a neon sign that says Do you wanna pizza me, and then we turn around and see WOOD FIRED Coffee beans on the shelf. . As coffee lovers, we had to try. We never tried wood fired coffee. . The coffee was extracted perfectly, the milk, sooo smooth and perfect. Each sip coated my tongue with its luxurious aroma, its creamy and uniquely wonderful taste . As we received the pizza box, we had to take a small peak. And couldn’t resist. We took it across the road, in front of the church courtyard, sat down on the grass and gobbled it up. . The Pizza was good. . If we didn’t eat previously, I would have liked to try more dishes, but it was nearly closing time, so we decided that we will re-visit them again. . All up, we spent around $26. @ Italian Bar
