25.01.2022 Apollo - also commonly referred to as 'lobster tails', a post dedicated to this exquisite pastry has been sought after and requested by many of our customers! The Apollo is a variation of the Sfogliatelle, and was first developed in Italian-American bakeries in New York and New Jersey. Fresh cream was most common, however we felt it needed something more special and unique so we filled it with Chianti custard - a mix of light liquors with creamy vanilla custard! Highly recommended by the staff at ICBC, but be quick before we sell out!!

02.01.2022 Happy Mother's Day! We would like to thank our amazing team for a fantastic day today and for their efficiency and their professionalism. From the front staff to their service, to the kitchen staff who performed absolutely like clockwork and the bakers, who worked tirelessly around the clock preparing the cakes and pastries who restocked our cake fridge four times (yes, we sold out of cakes four times!!). It was the busiest day in our shop's entire history since our opening i...n 1987!! We would also like to thank all our customers for all their positive feedback and support - we all really appreciate it and will continue to lift the bar! Sky's the limit! Lastly we would like to apologize to all the customers who missed out, be that on cakes or tables. Ideally we would love to serve everybody but unfortunately the level at which we were busy today was unprecedented - we urge all of our customers to either make orders for their cakes or book reservation tables with enough notice - especially on big event days like today.
