23.01.2022 Now this delish dish is more to my liking! Orecchiette with involtini (parcels of meat stuffed with herbs and cheese)

11.01.2022 Currently in Puglia here are two typical dishes Spaghetti with long string beans tomatoes and a salty ricotta-delicious Panzarotti- Which what Puglia is famous for - a soft fluffy pastry like pasta filled with mozzarella and tomatoes then quickly deep fried -so good!

11.01.2022 An amazing day in this ancient town in Matera all made of rocks We went to a quaint underground restaurant for dinner where we ate the local pasta dish Orrichiette (little ears) as that’s what they resemble This place is remarkable so much history dating back 2000 years!

11.01.2022 Needless to say I’ll be coming home soon a few kilos heavier after wining and dining all around Italy But I have to say it has been worth every gram I’ve put on!!

03.01.2022 After much thought and deliberation we have sold our Glenfarm Our vision for this place was not meant to be with so much red tape with council laws, shire rules and regulations and government bodies making it extremely difficult to make our dreams a reality... We have had a fun journey here the last four years with more downs than ups .. nevertheless we gave it a go leaving with many amazing memories of festivities, family gatherings, bonfires, rearing sheep and fun cookin...g classes Thank you to ALL our beautiful friends and family that have supported us and encouraged us through our journey.. but now it’s time for new dreams and visions for our future.. Thank you to all past students for coming along to cooking classes and long lunches I had a blast ..
