Cantine d'Alfonso del Sordo Oggi vi proponiamo un bianco autoctono e di assoluto riferimento per una cantina sita nel comprensorio di San Severo, a nord di Foggia, e nelle pianure che guardano al promontorio del Gargano. Da uve bombino bianco in purezza coltivato nella Tenuta Coppanetta a 50 mslm da una vigna piantata nel 1973. Affinamento in acciaio e poi una soste in bottiglia. Caratterizzato da un bel colore giallo paglierino e sentori complessi al naso, con una lieve e accattivante nota di anice: un vino di personalità, che mantiene buona acidità e freschezza che ne rendono assai gradevole la beva. Da bere nell’anno dopo la vendemmia, lasciando qualche bottiglia da parte per testarne la longevità.
