19.01.2022 This has been such a cold week in Melbourne, dreaming of summer in Italy and looking forward to getting back next year.

13.01.2022 Do you love cheese as much as I do? Then how about a visit to these two areas. Pienza, located in southern Tuscany, is famous for its delicious pecorino made from sheep's milk. Try some fresh or aged pecorino at one of the many small shops in Pienza. Or how about the region of Piedmont, with over 50 kinds of traditional cheeses is known for its high quantity and quality of cheeses. Its most well known are Robiola made from goat’s milk, Toma Piemontese made from cow’s milk, and Gorgonzola distinguished by its green and blue marbling of mold.
