Loving oneself involves opening the heart in spite of the idea that we should be better than we are. We are okay just the way we are. Accept that and just be, the rest truly follows.... 25.01.2022 There’s lots of research around these days about how our emotions and the emotions around us from others effect us. Stop for a minute, when in a crowded shopping centre or when confronted by someone angry. Notice how when you stop you feel the energy shift in your body. Does it have a good feeling with it, the answer would be no. You probably feel sluggish and heavy. Emotions like words and sounds carry a vibration. Our bodies have their own natural vibrations and rhythms. ...As do our organs and major systems of the body. So anything that carries a negative emotion such as anger will effect the body, such as the immune system. So what state are you in or out of? How well are you etc? Another way to approach body mind medicine.....

24.01.2022 Hi everyone I trust that you are safe and keeping well. There’s a lot of conflicting stories around about Covid 19 and why we as a world are experiencing its wrath. The most important thing for us as collective is to remain calm. Only take in what resonates and is true for you. ... These events have a habit of captivating their audience and it’s easy to get caught up in the drama. So what does it mean as a world that we are experiencing this at the same time? I feel it’s about world wide learning. The air is cleaner, water ways purer, roads are less congested and we are finding new ways to be productive for work and play. As a collective I can only hope that we appreciate this and maintain this new way. As a society for several hundred years we have gone about our business in an automatic fashion without really considering our reality or taking a moment to be aware of what is going on around us. That’s why it’s so easy to be influenced by events and be persuaded to panic. Did you really think that supplies would disappear, for long? they didn’t . As soon as wave two started panic occurred again. Remember to consider each other during this time, to mask or not to mask is the question. We are all vulnerable and all susceptible even if it’s not in your area or known to be there. It may very well be lurking.

As hard as it may be to let go of our anger in situations it is also soul destroying to hang onto the anger about what someone has done to you. Letting go allows love and your expression to only be love meaning you are love. What we give out or are is what we attract. Xxxxx

22.01.2022 Hi everyone I’m Nikki. I’m a mum, a wife an an alternative health practitioner. Currently receiving treatment for Brain Cancer. Over 20 years ago a gifted deck of cards led me on a beautifully rewarding journey. I discovered I was psychic and began reading cards. I then became a Reiki Master. Later on I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neurolinguistic Programmer, Counsellor, Regression Therapist and developed my own modality Intuitive Emotional Energy Release Work.... 22.01.2022 Confucius is one of my favs. Creation ticks along quietly in the background, the earth and trees constantly regenerating. Our own creativity can be like this quiet and steady. Just like growth. When we impact that creativity or mess with its flow by interfering we create noise and destruction and there is no longer silence.

It’s not given to us by another person, no one can make you happy, that’s imaginary. What happens then if that person is no longer in your life? Then you become unhappy again. Which behaviours you choose, and how others will react to those. The trick to staying free is to keep being, without the restriction of being caught in the patterns and associated behaviours, again.



12.01.2022 Beginning anything can be the hardest thing. We can procrastinate, make excuses, say we’re not ready or some other reason. Imagine the feeling though of taking that first step. What does it feel like, is that step geared toward a goal? If it is visualise that too. You’ve got nothing to loose by at least trying, doing this does in fact make it easier next time!

10.01.2022 This is a powerful image. This man was going to end his life. Have you ever been there, had the thoughts I know I have. In the depths of despair we forget one thing we are all interconnected. It wasn’t this poor souls time to leave. All of these compassionate people were in the right place and right time. Selflessly they offered unconditional love and support. There are no accidents in the universe. You see we create every moment. Somehow this mans thinking brought him here.... We can’t possibly know his history, but what is apparent is that right in that moment his choice changed his life. Did his life become richer, did he experience love for the first time or did he actually realise he wasn’t alone. Again we will never know. This picture has had an impact on me, it’s made me take an introspective view on life and to reinforce you can change it in an instant either by dying or living. We can manifest and create the life we wish to live but not with the thoughts that tell us that we are not enough, not worthy, or deserving enough, or that we will fail, that we are not perfect or it’s no good trying I’ll never get there or never have. The thing is, if we continue to work with the mindset that there’s something to fix, then that’s exactly what we keep striving to do. In fact it’s this mindset that we focus on that keeps us only focussed on needing to be fixed and keeps us trapped there. While you’re there the focus that we could be focussing on drifts further and further away. Why you might ask? Because all you energy is focussed on fixing rather than doing a d focussing on what you can be doing right now and that’s taking the steps towards how you’d rather see yourself, primary focus. What do you want to happen, where do you see yourself and what does it feel like? Once you switch your focus to only this it manifests in your energy field and then appears in your life. It’s the focus that directs the path you take. If you decide that you’re not worthy that focus directs what happens in your life, you’ll have relationships and experiences that magnify that and reinforce it so that you believe it. It actually creates what happens next, think about it, is that true? Reflect on it, you’d be surprised. This man needed love, support and help, look what happened. 10.01.2022 Our journey can be difficult, hard and sometimes without bumps. That journey and your perception of it however is what determines how you reach your destination. Will you say I’ll never do that again? Will you say that wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be? Either way there is always a message in what you perceive the journey was like. Anything that’s hard always breeds struggle and resistance. Likewise anything that’s not as bad, as you thought it would be, says why did I worry so much in the first place. I only caused myself stress and anxiety, making my resistance to the task harder. So think before you act and go ahead knowing that you can do anything you set your mind too!

09.01.2022 What are days like for you? Do you pay any attention to what you’re really doing, like really notice everything about it? I know a lot of people are just geared to automatically pilot through each day because it’s simply just routine, that’s what your used too. Take a moment to reflect on your day were you happy, was it what you really wanted to be doing? If it wasn’t what can you do about it? Can you change it? yes you can by taking action. ... By becoming aware of what your doing, saying, thinking you gain a great power. The power to make changes. The practice of being fully present is tricky because our minds generally race ahead. But pull those reigns in for a minute take a breath and breathe. Stillness allows you to take it all in. It allows you the pleasure of time, space and making the next move.

08.01.2022 Reality for a lot of people. It begins within you Do you ever stop for a minute and consider how much attention you pay to your spouse, children, colleagues and friends. These pictures depict for many a new way of being present behind a device. Conversations occur from behind the device or associated with it. I watched two teens together talking but with noses in phones. Discussing whatever flashed on the screen. ... Many determine how they feel about themselves through likes or comments on various platforms. It’s kind of sad to think when I was growing up we communicated differently. Whether it be via a letter or conversation on the phone. We sent faxes and had a drink at the pub after work . Dinner parties were always coloured with conversations about politics, news or celebrity gossip. But everyone was present and engaged. I worry how the generations coming will communicate or even be fully present. It almost seems that we are being dumbed down now, becoming insular to our existence. Screens are stimulating and addictive for some. So give some consideration to your own habits. How do you feel. What’s your true level of engagement around you?

07.01.2022 Morning all. Peace to this earth is my greatest wish. As is love, and happiness. Without any of these things we are in danger of failure. For us to change this planet and bring all of these things we must be them. By being them we change everyone around us. They then change everyone around them and do on. Collective consciousness is the biggest driver for change. YOUR attitude also influences who and what you draw into your life. So on reflection ask yourself, where am I tod...ay, who are my friends and what do I project onto this world. Negativity draws negativity and so on. By me. 05.01.2022 It’s tough after a diagnosis not to be consumed by it for a while. You may even feel angry or badly done by especially if you have been on the chronic illness path for a long time. That disease is not ours though, it’s a collection of symptoms that remind us of what we put our body, emotions and mind through. Reducing the amount of time we focus on the illness gives it less power and less time to dominate our every day thoughts emotions and physical symptoms.

05.01.2022 Your life is full of choices. If you follow your heart, your choices will always take you to where you need to be. You actually ‘want’ for nothing, because you have everything, you always have. When we want something we are saying we are not enough or we don’t have enough. Be thankful for what you do have, what’s inside you and what surrounds you. ... The world is at your fingertips. The WHO you really are is always there within you. You knew without a doubt that your calling was to find a spiritual path. How did you know this? Actually it’s without a doubt the same innate knowledge that will tell you who you are. 05.01.2022 Sometimes we have to pull ourselves up and remember we all perceive things in a different way. It’s hard sometimes if you’re in the middle of a disagreement and you feel like you’re not going anywhere with the discussion. Most importantly remember to effectively listen. Listen with your heart and mind open. Remember we are all different and it’s okay to have a different opinion. Remember you’re not being attacked and there’s no need to be defensive. Others who know you and have themselves in check will always understand and listen. Blessings and love

04.01.2022 Remember people project, it’s not always about you. The fact is a lot of the time it’s about them. Many people don’t realise they’re projecting or that their stuff is effecting their relationships with others. The question is will you let your stuff impact on your relationship with that person too,in response to what they are saying? You probably don’t realise you’re doing it either. Often you will feel as if you’re being attacked. ... Monitor your responses is this you? Become aware of your communication you’d be interested in what you find out.

04.01.2022 Everything you do creates energy. You are energy and intrinsic individual and unique ball of energy. What you put into your body is an energy. It either adds to your energy system or it blocks its flow as toxins. Toxins accumulate and often manifest as disease because they have nowhere to escape too.... Our energy is also effected by who we have in our lives or interact with. It is also effected by how we respond. Being angry creates a vibration, translated to an energy that isn’t in line with our own naturally occurring frequency. That anger also has an impact on the other persons vibrational state. So be mindful that in any given moment your own actions have a reaction that can be far reaching. 02.01.2022 The subconscious holds every bit of information you have taken in over this lifetime and the ones before. There we hold our shadow self and the catalyst for behaviour. Just like us it holds an energy and vibration. If we have been traumatised this also lurks in the subconscious and is easily triggered unless we deal with it. Often we can’t control what’s happening but can learn how to know our responses to things enough to know how to change the way we respond.
