22.01.2022 Two honourable mentions for Larita and Amelia who have both worked tirelessly to prepare for this Championships. Solid performances from both competitors in heavily contested divisions. They were unfortunate only place 4th on the day but learnt a lot about what they need to focus on to improve. Well done guys.

22.01.2022 Congratulations to Leon for winning Gold for Australia at the 7th ITF World Cup in Sydney. He placed 1st in 15-17yo Junior Black Belt 62-68kg sparring. He beat New Zealand, Jamaica, two other competitors from Poland. Well done Leon Sejranovic! #itfworldcup2018

21.01.2022 Yesterday students from Impact Taekwon-Do participated in the annual RMIT Championships in St Albans. This year we had 19 students compete. This is the biggest team we have ever sent to a tournament. It was a mixture of experienced and first-time competitors which made it even more exciting. Our Team was fortunate to finish the overall best school for this championships and that is a testament to everyones hard work and dedication towards training. Well done to everyone who competed. Thank you to RMIT ITF Taekwon-Do for the invitation and for doing such a wonderful job as always. We appreciate your friendship, we had a lot of fun and great to see the young talent coming through the ranks. Look forward to seeing you all again soon. Taekwon!

He performed exceptionally well under pressure. - 15-17yo Male Black Belt Special Techniques - 15-17yo Male Black Belt -68kg Sparring - 15-17yo Male Black Belt Team Sparring Secondly because I had the honour of being graded to 6th Dan Black Belt under Grandmaster Lan Ung in an extraordinary grading during the 7th ITF World Cup. Thank you to Grandmaster Daher & Master Barbour for their support and for making this grading possible. Thank to my students Larita Bouphasavanh Man Tim Hon Trevor Foulstone who supported my preparation and grading process. 19.01.2022 Congratulations to Caitlyn Jones for winning Australias second medal for this World Championships. She finished with a silver medal after a grueling match with a very tall Dutch competitor in her final fight in the 75kg+ division. Well done Miss Jones!

19.01.2022 Well done to the team Australia Juniors for fighting valiantly to secure another Gold medal for Australia. They beat New Zealand, Malaysia and Uzbekistan. They drew after 5 fights and in extra time Leon Sejranovic went on to secure the win 3-0 in judges votes. Well done to Team Australia. #itfworldcup2018

17.01.2022 Excited to have GM Bos hold a seminar in Melbourne in July this year. An event not to be missed. Training will commence from 5:45pm - 8:45pm. Unfortuantely, we need to vacate the venue before 9pm as the center closes at 9pm sharp.

17.01.2022 Congratulations to Team Australias Mens Special Techniques Team on winning Bronze at the World Championships in Inzell (Germany). Very proud of you all. A massive upgrade from our 4th place result in Jesolo (Italy) four years ago after a heated 5-way tie breaker for 1st place. Well deserved!!!

16.01.2022 Well done Team Impact. Despite some decisions not going our way everyone had fun and gained a lot of experience and there is more work for us to continue to focus on. We finished this Championships with 1 Gold, 3 Silvers and 4 Bronzes and 14th on the overall ladder. Congratulations to all other teams. It was great to see the standard of ITF in Australia lifting and schools working together regardless of political views and affiliation. Thank you to the organisers for inviting us.

03.01.2022 Team Impact had a wonderful weekend at the 2019 CHITF World Championships. It was great to see Australia united against the rest of the World regardless of federation. It was wonderful to see SGM Phap Lu, GM Phu Nguyen, SM Peggy Seely & SM Tam Fook Chee again after so long. Our team finished the Championships with 1 1 3. Well done to all of our 6 competitors. A special thank you to GM Robert Lai, Master Jason Lai, tournament organisers and support crew for the invitation to your championships. It was a wonderful experience and we learnt a lot this weekend. It was a great opportunity to make new friendships through Taekwon-Do and rekindle old friendships.
