23.01.2022 Oi Ocha green tea back 'home'! The tea leaves for Oi Ocha is grown in our tea farms in Victoria. After leaves are harvested, they are then steamed, rolled, and dried. At this point, the tea is called crude tea (or 'Aracha' in Japanese) and it is shipped to Japan for further processing and packaging. Finally, the bottled Oi Ocha green tea will be shipped back to Australia for the Australian market. It is a journey all for the real nice taste of green tea. Welcome home, Oi Ocha!
