16.01.2022 I wouldn't recommend this to everyone but lazy diet this week. Juices for breaky ( except today :) ) and lunch jam packed with fruit and veg, and light dinners of real food. Has been good body is feeling lighter and cleansed

04.01.2022 Happy halloween my little ghouls. A week of clean eating almost over, the changes are starting to happen.
