Magazine, Formals, EQUIPD, I-Xplore Journal and other new publications, offers an excellent position to an experienced person looking for a long-term and varied role. As the Personal Assistant you will be reporting to and working closely with the Publisher, and be responsible for a variety of tasks including... Contacting clients for appointments Researching for potential new clients Contract management Assist with production and schedule management Essential requirements include: A minimum of 4 years' experience Self motivated and a strong desire to succeed with confidence An excellent communicator on the phone (and not afraid to pick it up) Excellent researching skills The ability to manage tight deadlines in a busy working environment Good writing skills Good computer skills in a Mac environment including the Microsoft Office Suite Super attention to detail This is a casual part-time position that could possibly increase to full time. The package depends on the experience and skills of the candidate. We are willing to consider a graduate with minimal experience if the applicant can show them selves to mature, have a strong work ethic and an attitude of willingness.
