23.01.2022 Be sure to tune in live on our It’s All Greek To Me Facebook page @ 7pm tonight I’ve got a champion friend of mine from @house_on_church_tce joining me and together we’ll be making a traditional Cypriot classic Tsipopita/Katimeri Here’s the ingredients for tonight’s recipe incase you’d like to cook at the same time as us TSIPOPITA RECIPE 4-6 persons | prep 30 mins| cooking 50 mins INGREDIENTS... PASTRY cup canola oil 1 cups water 800gms special white or ‘00’ flour *extra flour for rolling pastry SYRUP 2 cups white sugar 1 cup water Juice of a lemon 3 cinnamon quills FILLING 600mls Thickened fresh cream 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon Ps.
