17.01.2022 Again Telstra mobile network in glen innes (outskirts 4-10km) is shockingly bad. Make no mistake, This is network congestion at its worst and a result in under investment by Telstra in our area - yet Telstra charges full price. Many people of glen innes are blindly loyal to Telstra for no reason. Many are being ripped off without knowing so. This will only be solved by customers making offical complaints and logging faults. I challenge Telstra mobile customers with poor 4 g mobile speeds to call and log a fault at least every week until end of the year. I am starting today. Send me your fault reference numbers.
