20.01.2022 Getting ahead financially: Household financial waste Unnecessary and avoidable household financial waste can be costly; placing pressure on your cashflow, locking away potential surplus income, and prolonging the achievement of your financial goals and objectives. Unnecessary and avoidable household financial waste can be costly; placing pressure on your cashflow, locking away potential surplus income, and prolonging the achievement of your financial goals and objectives. Fo...r example, in our video, ‘Business and household food waste’, we touched on the impact that food waste can have on your household finances; a household’s annual food waste bill is $1,645.64 on average. Whilst this may not seem like much money to some of us, it’s important to remember this is an expense, which, if left unresolved, can be quite impactful over time especially when considering opportunity cost. This unnecessary and avoidable expense (like many others) can be eliminated in full, or at least in part, by taking a proactive approach; recognising and dealing with the relevant issues at hand on an ongoing basis. Once this expense has been resolved, the resultant surplus income that has been unlocked can then be directed towards beneficial focuses, such as paying down debt or saving and investing for the future.

16.01.2022 Looking forward to speaking in Melbourne Thursday (4th October) at #allenergyau. I will be reflecting on "The Future Energy Supply Chain" that is rapidly changing. We have seen policy shifts that cause blockages in both an internal sense (at the point of manufacture) and external (at the end of markets). Renewable Energy has experienced and continues to experience this ongoing change, but now is faced with a new pivot, towards decentralised energy such as Blockchain, Smart ...Energy & HEMS. #future #energy Join 6700+ delegates and register for FREE now! https://www.all-energy.com.au//Contri/6728370/Lucas-Sadler

14.01.2022 The industry received an email broadcast from the Office of the Clean Energy Regulator this week pointing to a tightening of a loophole, specifically related to replacement panels. 04.01.2022 On Friday, Mr Musk said energy storage could solve the state's electricity problems with a battery farm, and work could be completed within 100 days, or it would be free. The idea appeared to gain the support of Australian Mike Cannon-Brookes, who co-founded software company Atlassian, who said on Twitter that if Mr Musk could guarantee 100MW in 100 days, he could "make the $ happen", and offered "mates rates".
