22.01.2022 BSOD stands for blue screen of death. We’ve all experienced this ghastly phenomenon. It is where a computer displays a blue screen and abruptly restarts. One of the latest rounds of windows security updates released earlier on in the month contains a bug. This bug causes computers to shutdown when the user attempts to print. This is only occurring on some printers not all brands. Printers affected that we have noticed are: Kyocera, Konica Minolta and HP. Microsoft h...ave recently released a fix. Of course, as you guessed, the fix is not automatic and needs to be manually installed. Luckily, we are here and fixing the issue across many businesses.
