09.01.2022 Is everyone closable? That is a good question. Many people think that because they booked a call they are there for closable.... That is not also always the case. The school in closing is to spend your time on the people that are closable. There are a lot of people out there that book calls because they’ve got nothing better to do or even worse feel like taking a call he’s taking action with no intention of following through. Now you should of course treat every call as if it is closable but you’ve also got to address any red flags that come through. If on their application form they say they have little to no money. If they have been doing lots and lots of other programs with no results. If they have been thinking about whatever you sell for longer than a month. If they bullshit on their application form. If they use small case letters on their name instead of capitals. If they have a victim mindset. If they have a reluctance to invest in themselves. If they have a negative relationship to money. If they’re expecting everyone else to do all the work for them. If they only want a part of your program and ask you to disassemble it for them. If they don’t turn up to the call. If they don’t respond to messages or emails or voicemails. If they don’t confirm pre call. Now these are all potential red flags. And Welstead highly likely that they will be tire kickers, it doesn’t mean they will be. So your job is a close that is to qualify them as quickly and as hard as you can to see how serious they are. Whilst words are easily manipulated, actions never lie.
