22.01.2022 Well can you believe we are just a couple of weeks away from the big C!?? Please be aware that I am not taking anymore bookings from now until mid February as I will be overseas enjoying a (hopefully) very white Christmas! I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported Its a Piece of Cake over the last few months. I am hoping to squeeze in a couple of patisserie classes while in France, and hope to bring back some new ideas and skills ready... for a bigger and better 2018!! Have a fabulous Christmas everyone. 16.01.2022 We had a bit of a sleep in this morning after a late night in the kitchen. This weekend its bit of bling with a semi naked mud cake with gold drip and white chocolate ganache, and a chocolate lovers mudcake with dark chocolate ganache, tim tams, maltesers and strawberries. Both cakes have toppers handmade by moi. Happy Saturday everyone, enjoy this beautiful sunshine!!! x

05.01.2022 There is no such thing as too much nutella! This chocolate mud cake is filled with a nutella mousse, covered in nutella butter cream and topped with all sorts of kinder chocolate. Definitely not one for the faint hearted!

02.01.2022 In Victoria we get a entire public holiday desicated to a football match. So I got busy in the kitchen! This is a white mud with dairy free buttercream especially for the birthday girl. Happy Birthday to my little buddy Amy. Hope everyone had a fabulous day off x
