You may have experienced a traumatic event or a number of traumatic events throughout your life. Whatever your needs may be, we are here to offer support. 07.01.2022 What we are seeing in private and public mental health is unprecedented. There has been overwhelming increase in demands for service, as well as distress and acuity of symptoms. Many therapists are not taking on new clients and people are struggling to find a psychologist. However the government has set up a new free service to link people to services. Please let your friends and family members know that there is a way to find some support during this time. https://headtohelp.org.au
