24.01.2022 When I mentioned, I’ve hit the ground running on this reno I wasn’t joking, 9days in and it’ll be 99% completed tomorrow evening. Tomorrow’s check list includes, skirts/arks, installation of frameless glass shower screen, complete cabinet install, fit a man hole as there isn’t one, caulking and plumbing fit off, fingers crossed my plasterer can make it Saturday to base and top
24.01.2022 Cranbourne job is coming together quite nicely, floors tiled and grouted, cabinet carcasses and bench tops installed in the laundry, just waiting on the vinyl wrap doors and panels, there delayed due to corona, laundry splashback tiled, back there tomorrow afternoon to tile skirt and finish installing the powder room cabinet
23.01.2022 Hi all, unfortunately for me I’m classed as non essential so the stage 4 covid restrictions have shut me down for 6weeks, on the bright side it will be nice to spend some time with my family, and finish off a few odd jobs around the house,
23.01.2022 Seaford reno completed, apart from 2 mirrors and plaster sanding, (I’ll have them Monday) its come along way in just 11days, it was a full gut job as water had penetrated the walls, rotten studs and mould covered plaster, cavity slider installed toilet wall removed to open up the floor plan, custom built cabinets built and installed, we were planning on a walk in shower but the plumbing wouldn’t allow for it so we opted for a low lying shower base and frameless glass shower screen, it’s great to be back at doing what I love also a big thanks to my other trades, plumbing, electrical and plasterer, I couldn’t do it without you guys being on site when I need you
23.01.2022 It’s been a massive 4 days at carrum downs, after peeling back the layers it made more sense to strip it all back to bare frame and start over, rotten plaster and flooring removed, new flooring, walk-in shower tray, bath hob, new ceiling, aquachek plaster on the walls, (2 sheets were faded from the sun) electrical and plumbing rough in completed, plaster base and top completed this evening, back there tomorrow morning to get the first coat of waterproofer on

14.01.2022 A small ensuite I completed in lockdown for my in-laws (cost price just to give me something to do, and to keep me sane) the house was vacant as they were at there holiday house when the lockdown came into affect, unfortunately I didn’t take many before pics, I removed a nib wall and opened up the shower alcove from a 900x900 base to a 900x1200 walk in, old swing door taken out and replaced with a cavity slider to maximize floor space, recessed shaving cabinet made and installed, I modified the existing vanity I had previously made and installed a few years ago to suit, just waiting on a mirror for the shaving cabinet and it’ll be complete
