22.01.2022 Our Home #PandanasRydge #Wundala I’m proud to take my kids and walk the land of their ancestors, this #country know their #spirit and they know they belong here..., it’s home This is where we spent our #NAIDOC2020 on #Yanyuwa Country #AlwaysWasAlwaysWillBe#Everyday till the end of time! This year has been a huge year for myself and our family. We have unravelled features of our personal lives and of our family systems in ways that bring us closer to our deeper selves and with the deeper #truths. I’m privilege to wrap up the end of this year back home as a family, embracing and supporting our son, in our own way through his transition into #Manhood and in his #Becoming!

18.01.2022 #Becoming #LessonsFromTheAncientWorld #Yanyuwa Camp has been rumbling with sacred song and dance almost every night this week.. Words can’t express how full my #heart is right now and how Proud I am of all my girls first time for his Mother and Sisters in something like this and they spent the last few nights dancing under the #stars for women dance on #ceremony ground - lastnight they persevered through sore legs and exhaustion, dancing for his #spirit all night, til...l sunrise.. this #ceremony ground is well and truly #alive and ready for Men to take over tonight, and Im so grateful to #dance with my Brothers and Ngabuji mob for our boys, and my Big Sons transition into #Manhood for over a week now, they have not seen him, spoke of him, or mentioned his name. Bcos of who I am I see all of life through a lens of #IvolveGen Ideology, and can observe the important and necessary severing of the #emotional and #spiritual ties within the #psyche of a #mother and #child, a #sacred process of letting go which enable and #honours the young boys growth into his own independent and responsible holistic #self in adulthood. It felt more like psychotherapy, then a professional development workshop (Psychiatrist, Participant Feedback) As we finish the day, allowing only one word from each person as we wrap up in circle... here is what comes up... #Informed #Empowered #Enlightened #Contentment #Grateful #Peace #Humbled #Invigorated #Moved #Touched #IvolveGens #CrossCulturalIntelligence, #Trauma & #Healing Workshop - Already experienced by 80 health professionals in the Top End, with another couple hundred more to go
