23.01.2022 Due to the number of no shows over the past couple of weeks I am now putting in place a 3 chance rule, if you book an appointment and fail to attend or at least message to say you can’t make it don’t be offended but I will not be accepting any further appointments for you unless a non-refundable deposit is made first. I have a family which is constantly be put aside and other people wanting appointments only to have people make bookings and either want to change at the last minute or time of appointment, then don’t show up for that appointment or just don’t bother to turn up for the original appointment this is only wasting mine and my families time
