11.01.2022 Great news for business event organisers! The new Australian Business Events Grants Program will see organisers of meetings, conventions, incentive and exhibitions able to apply for upfront grants to cover up to 50% of their costs (between $10,000 and $250,000).

05.01.2022 Ivory's Rock has the opportunity to recruit casual labourers to assist with the set up of tent accommodation for forthcoming events in January and February 2021. The role will include the putting up of tents, installing trestle beds and mattresses prior to the event. After the event it will require the taking down and packing away of tents, removal and packing of trestle beds and mattresses. Assisting housekeeping with the transport of bedding and linen. We also require... casual labourers for housekeeping duties which include the making of beds to hospitality standards, cleaning inside tents both in set up and pack down. Interested persons must be suitable for manual labour, able to start early to beat the summer heat. Early starts at 5am! The hourly rate is $25.00 per hour. Interested persons should email to [email protected] prior to 18 December.
