20.01.2022 We are thrilled to have been recently awarded the restoration works at the Castlemaine Market Building. Work involve render cleaning, internal and external painting, brickwork & stone restoration and treatment of salt damage. Prior to commencing the brick and stone works we will take over 120 dust samples for lab testing and then following the results apply multiple applications of Westox poultice to remove any salts. ... 04.01.2022 Our ‘Hawthorn Arts Centre - Clocktower Restoration Project’ is well underway. The timber window repairs, painting, cast iron balustrade, and intricate clock frame restoration items are already completed. Some new works have been added to the scope in which we are waiting on and will soon be revealed! We are carefully restoring all elements of this building which is a great privilege. 01.01.2022 St Michaels Anglican Church, North Carlton - Project Completed. We were recently engaged to complete an intricate restoration of the church’s bellcote, design and construct of a new ceiling walkway system, and structural/render/waterproofing repairs to the rear parapet wall. Using a combination of scaffold and boom access we were able to complete the works safely and in a cost efficient manner to work with the clients budget. ...
