14.01.2022 Emergency Call outs. (Make Safe) If you are experiencing roof leaks due to the severe weather this weekend. Please call our office number on 96744556 we have crews on call all day. What is a make safe?... A make safe is a temporary repair to try and stop internal water ingress. Our tradesman will identify the leak, take photos and write a report. We will try and stop the leak at the time of the call out, or fix permanently if possible. Due to the intensity of the rain some roofs we are to unsafe to access therefore a make safe may not be possible. However this is a great time for us to assess where the leak is coming from and provide a quote for permanent repairs. A call out fee is charges for this service. Please speak with one of our friendly staff should you have any questions or would like to make a booking. You can also make a booking online at ivycontractors.com.au
