25.01.2022 The more I dug the deeper I went Anyone want some salt in there chips Poor Engine Maint is a killer for outboards lucky for this guy I was able to save him close to $4k for a new head corrosion had eaten through and blown the head Still a few little pin holes to correct but a massive win although there is still corrosion pitting these areas wont cause any issues ... Gotta love boats

25.01.2022 Busy Busy Busy Little sneak peak of a custom electric tipping property Maint trailer, Lots to do but will be one special little unit when its complete Although this being a single axle we have optioned it up with a heavy duty 9 leaf 1400kg suspension and axle set running ford hubs and new wheels Couple that with a Massive draw bar will make this a ease to back. 12.01.2022 Had a customer approach me to fix up his little 4.2 Brooker he purchased the boat fitted a new engine but had some concerns that the previous owner had covered up some corrosion and pitting In The hull and he was right the hull was paper thin and very badly pitted underneath a lot of zinc paint Cut out section of hull and welded in new ally and sanded back to retain good hull performance While I was at it I replaced the Pine yes PINE trailer Skids with some new solid Poly runners and added some flex guards to stop back slosh from chop over the transom Its a alternative to engine well which doesnt work with the tiller on this boat All up owner will have many more years on the water
