We sell GENUINE branded cases such as Otterbox, Lifeproof, STM and EFM. Surely, we have mentioned that the EFM product comes with a 2 years warranty and that is one of the major selling point apart from the protection it provides. A particular individual purchased an EFM case and dropped it from a height, he claimed to be 40cm and said we had misled him to believe buying a $55 will warrant his phone again any damages. I must stress, any cases will act as prevention, a layer of safeguarding only. An accessory product warranty will only cover the contents in the box it comes with. Using a phone cases can prevent breakages, but common sense and "Personal responsibilities" should be present too.
