Don't put all your eggs in the basket of getting fit, that's such a failing system that most people use to achieve the same typical temporary weight loss outcomes but rarely get lean and toned with attractive shape.... 17.01.2022 Ladies(and guys) if you’re wanting to improve the shape and tone of your legs and butt and all you are currently doing is cardio based training then sorry but you’ll probably never achieve the actual desired look you are after. . There is no amount of walking, running or aerobics classes that you can do that equals dramatically improved bikini body legs. .... Cardio has its place in dropping weight and maybe some body fat to reveal what shape you do have but it does not create shape. . So what do you need to do to build amazing glutes and legs, well, there’s a reason why every single Instagram model posting their amazing butt shots are also posting what seems to be them ‘Squatting’ every bloody day lol. . Yes squats and leg strength training is the key to amazing legs and assess. You have to have a certain amount of muscle to have any shape and tone, no you will not get massive and the thousands of Instagram model are a testament to that. .
