24.01.2022 Did you know there is an etiquette in izakaya dining? Firstly, izakaya dishes are meant to be shared, very much like tapas. Secondly, dining is slow paced; food is ordered throughout the course of the visit, and not all at once.... Lastly, sake and whisky pairing is crucial to the true experience of the meal, and the staff will usually pair dishes and drinks together to enhance the flavours of the dishes chosen. Have you experienced Izakaya yet?

23.01.2022 Tsukune Chicken Balls with 68 degree Ontama egg. This delicious appetiser is one of our Izakaya favourites. They are tender, juicy chicken "meatballs" served with a silky Ontama egg. It is the perfect dish to start off the night. Dipping mandatory.

Sake is an alcoholic beverage fermented from the sugars of rice, but it's not a rice wine.... And why drink Sake with food? Sake brings out the flavours in foods, tempering the strong aromas of cuisines, such as those with beef, pork and seafood, enhancing the overall culinary experience.
