I'm going to post up a beautiful free one hour yin yoga class to ease your aches and pains and centre your minds during this difficult time. I will post up the class on Monday. 09.01.2022 Hello beautiful people. I just wanted to share with you the importance of yoga breathing. Lowers blood pressure and can help to prevent heart attacks which are mostly caused by faulty breathing even in healthy people.
