22.01.2022 If you are staining woodwork, watch out for excess glue. If you wipe glue off with a wet rag, the glue can get into the wood pores and block stain penetration. Be careful with the glue!

05.01.2022 Quick Thursday Tip, guys: SPLITS Everyone's banged in a nail or two at some point, and how irritating is it when the wood splits? If you're using conventional nails, watch out for the ends of the wood, as regular nails are pointed and easily cause splits. Either dull the nail's tip or pre-drill a small guide-hole to avoid splitting. -Oscar
