The 7 inch 4 layer white choc mudcake top tier, and the 9 inch 4 layer choc mudcake bottom tier were both fill...ed and covered in buttercream with a spatula ribbed effect. This cake was a 6 inch, 3 layer caramel mudcake with lightly salted caramel butter...cream filling and semi naked finish, gold leaf, and an assortment of chocolates and caramel popcorn to decorate. 16.01.2022 Sami chose this quirky house cake to celebrate her 10th birthday today. This 9 inch square 4 layer vanilla cake was filled and covered with buttercream, and decorated with a variety of lollies, biscuits and liqorice. My favourite part is definitely the water tank. Happy birthday Sami

15.01.2022 Beef and broccoli looks so yum... Hope it turns out like the photo. 500 g gravy beef cut into strips. Chuck in slow cooker with 1 cup stock, 1/3 cup brown sugar..., 1/2 cup soy, 2 teaspoons minced garlic and tablespoon sesame oil (I used olive). Cook 6-8 hours on low. Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornflour and 2 tablespoons juice from pot, and add as much broc as you like, cook on high another 1/2 hour See more

11.01.2022 This cake was a challenge, I'm not going to lie! Half batman, half unicorn is definitely the craziest cake request I've had so far. 2 siblings had birthdays ove...r the past two days, so their mum decided to combine two themes...what a fun idea. This is a 7 inch 4 layer caramel mudcake, covered and filled with buttercream, and half covered in fondant. They were also lucky to get 20 cupcakes delivered yesterday. What do you think??? See more

01.01.2022 Yesterday's 21st birthday oreo themed cake. The 3rd cake I ever sold was my inspiration. While I still think that cake was pretty good, I can definitely see imp...rovements in my execution. This 7 inch trio of mudcakes (choc, caramel and white choc) was filled and covered with oreo buttercream, a dark choc ganache drip, oreos, white choc shards, mint sticks, cookies and cream choc etc. Yum!
