(Image credit: Peter Zuvela - Photography @peter_zuvela ) @perthpublicartfoundation writes: " Commissioned by EPRA now the MRA as part of the Claisebrook Redevelopment pr...oject, this colourful 25 meter ceramic mosaic tells the Noongar Dreamtime story of a giant evil spirit woman, known as the Charnock Woman. The four magpie totems in flight symbolise the spirit people who turned into magpies to attack the evil Charnock woman, who used her long white hair to trap and steal children. During one such battle, it is believed the Charnock woman was flung high into the sky and formed the Milky Way.
