17.01.2022 We the team at J Star will be at work Monday the 3rd of August. We have cars booked in for this week and don’t want to disappoint our customers. Until we are advised what the new restrictions actually will be and how this will effect us serving our customers it will be business as usual. Any service/repair enquires can be made by calling us 94381511. Premier Dan Andrews has stated that work restrictions will be announced on Monday the 3rd of August. 10.01.2022 In light of current restrictions mechanics are deemed an essential service. We will be open during this 6 week lockdown. If all communication with us can be made by telephone 94381511 as we are mostly working on cars during the day, and Facebook messages and emails don’t get responded to promptly. Phone contact is the best way to get hold of us. People still need to have cars serviced, maintained, and repairs carried out to keep them moving and safe while on the roads getti...ng to where they need to be. We can do contactless communication during this time(over the phone payments and contactless drop off). Some drop off and pick ups of customers cars can be arranged if you’re not comfortable with leaving your home, or you’re not comfortable traveling more than 5kms from home (this will be a select area, and be set times please ring to arrange or ask questions). We have a challenge ahead and will have to adapt to get through all this together. We are here to help and keep people safe, cars safe and reliable while people need to get around to get essentials.
