11.01.2022 On Wednesday night Our Big Kitchen opened its doors to the first event of the J-Vents initiative: Israeli Cooking Night, founded by Sapir and Paula Dvuchbabny- a young brother and sister duo who are passionate about bringing the Russian-Jewish Youth together, through a range of activities and events. The event was a great success, with an amazing turn out. We laughed, we learned and we cooked some delicious Israeli dishes including falafel, eggplant and burrekas, all thanks t...o our amazing chef Sharon from Our Big Kitchen. This project is part of the Limmud FSU Community Labs program, specifically designed for Young Adults all over the world, interested in discovering their roots and strengthening our community. The program is a joint project with Ministry of Diaspora Affairs , in partnership with Kangarusski ZFA (Zionist Federation of Australia). See more

04.01.2022 Hi friends! We are super excited to launch our new project J-vents. The goal of J-vents is to bring young people of Russian Jewish descent together, (between the ages of 18-30) to meet one another, socialise and learn about different aspects of our heritage. Throughout the year, we will be launching a number of exciting pop-up events ahead of the main Limmud FSU festival at the end of the year.
