22.01.2022 Trudy & Ian were married on Saturday at their home in Narrabri. The weather was great & the day overflowed with emotion. It was certainly an honour to be part of it. Below are some of the images of the day.

17.01.2022 Back in late October I was contacted by Liz Berger who told me of her wish to provide a portrait of each of the residents of Weeronga as a Christmas gift to their families. I didn't hesitate to take part in such a kind gesture & over two days in November we conducted the shoots and had a heap of fun along the way. Thank you to Liz and others at Weeronga for their assistance and enormous credit for their thoughtfulness and kindness. The images attached are just a few from the shoots and permission to publish them was kindly given by the families.

11.01.2022 'Jeff ' Her smile and her eyes grabbed me. They really stood out in the audience. I met Tenneille at a gig we had at the Broadbeach Tavern on the May Day long weekend in 2009. We were setting up before the show and I had a chance to go to the rest room before we had to start the show so I spotted her as I was walking through this group that was having a ball of a time. On the way back this group was playing a game of some sort and she ran into me by accident. ...Continue reading

08.01.2022 'Clive' It certainly wasn't love at first sight. I met Greta when I was about thirteen years old. We were staying at the same boarding house in Narrabri while we where going to high school in there. I came from Baan Baa at the time and she came from Yarrie Lake. The boarding house had a lot of railway workers and anyway, we were both doing our homework at the table one night and we had a bit of a scrap over a bottle of writing pen ink and the ink bottle got knocked over. Gre...Continue reading

08.01.2022 'Katie & Ali' Katie "I originally came to this area because of my husband Ben Watson. We met when we were both at boarding school in Toowoomba. Sally, Ben's sister, was my best friend at school. It wasn't until a long time after we left school that a love interest struck up between us. I don't think there was any sign of interest from either of us when we were at school. After we left school, we met up again, and I think it's fair to say Ben made the first move, but he didn'...Continue reading
