16.01.2022 Are you better of with a bank loan or paying cash lets do a few examples to show the difference if you are looking at using your money to add to your portfolio. I will use the example of buying a house for $100,000 to make it easy... if only we could buy a house for that cheap!!! ... 2020 $100,000 paying cash 2021 $110,000 increases in value by $10,000 so your return on investment is 10% now lets say you get a bank loan for the same house 2020 $100,000 = $80,000 loan = $20,000 deposit 2021 $110,000 increases in value by $10,000 so as your deposit was only $20,000 your return on investment is 50% allowing you to use other savings to grow your portfolio and purchase other investments. Whats your thoughts?
