20.01.2022 WE ARE BACK MONDAY Firstly would like to thank everyone who came in for pts called/messaged and sent their well wishes through this time it was most appreciated we can finally get back into training I have attached a simple procedure for classes, please follow the instructions and all rules will be strictly enforced We are allowed 20 per class and everyone will need to book their sessions; I will not be allowing walk ins at this stage There will be a register for everyone... to sign So with all that said let me know what sessions you all want and a confirmation text will be sent, if you don’t receive a text please don’t assume you are booked for that session Any questions give me a call and let’s get back where we left off 0409 691 308 See more

17.01.2022 Boxing classes are back at Jabout we are running 5 classes a day all one hour long (15 rounds) at 5am 3pm 4pm 5pm and 6pm Classes are to 20 people cost is $5
