12.01.2022 Cheese classes for 2021 Looking forward to doing some classes in 2021. The 10am class includes a hands on Fetta making class as well as demonstrating how to mak...e Haloumi, Ricotta, Yoghurt, Labna and Mascarpone Cheese. Tastings of cheeses and yoghurts and a morning tea will be included. The 2pm Class on 16/5 will be a Camembert / Mozzarella Class with afternoon tea.
