25.01.2022 | HAPPY NEW YEAR | We’re welcoming 2021 with a sense of gratitude for having the ability to continue to offer our service to our community throughout 2020, albeit at a reduced capacity during the lockdown period of Covid. Knowing how many of our patients and their families were affected during this time broke our hearts but we hope you finished the year off in a better position.... Being a public holiday everywhere was closed, but a lovely lady Rachel Ogilvie touched base with her boss and opened Mooloo Mountain Produce for an hour to help people out!... When we opened our doors in July 2014, we made a conscious decision to never be rushed in the treatment we provide and always make the time to make each visit as comfortable as possible for each person that walked through our door. We genuinely listen to your concerns and like for you to share what you didn’t like in the past so we can ensure that doesn’t ...happen again. Other things include: - televisions on the ceiling to act as a distraction for you - taking our time when applying numbing cream and administer anaesthetic slowly to ensure you feel as little as possible and - ensuring you’re numb before we begin treatment and ask that you let us know if you feel anything at any stage. For those patients that would prefer to be asleep, we have a visiting anaesthetist that can assist us in performing your treatment. He pops you off to sleep, you have your treatment performed, and you wake up not remembering anything. Medicare pay around 50% of this service as well, making it incredibly affordable.
