23.01.2022 Good morning I realised I have not posted on this page for a long time and I still get inquiries so I thought I would answer some questions... 1- am I still training clients? Yes I train over 100 clients per week at Kx Pilates in Miami... it is reformer Pilates and I couldn’t speak more highly of it and how much I enjoy working there! If you want to know more or would like a trial please send a message ... 2. Do I do one on one? Yes I can do one on one on the reformer... leave a message for inquiries 3. Do I make swim and sportswear? I no longer make swim and sportswear However I still use my design and sewing skills to make wedding gowns which I am so passionate about! There is something incredibly special about making the most important dress of your life my page is JACARA BRIDAL Here is a photo of me doing Kx Pilates I tried Pilates because of how much my posture suffered from years of sewing and designing... I had chronic neck pain..and I was getting a hunch back! Pilates honestly saved me Love J x
