21.01.2022 MUST SEE!! A lot of people destroy their own journeys by ALLOWING obstacles to get in their way. Just because something may pop up (like an injury, illness, work, family etc) doesn't mean you have to stop training altogether - just find another path!! Make it work!! ... 17.01.2022 My Olympic lifting has definitely not progressed how I would have liked in the last year. With a broken thumb at the end of 2016, and then a TFCC tear in my wrist from May through until the start to September this year, I've spent more time rehabbing then being able to train these lifts properly. My overhead snatch position is still not happening due to my wrist. But slowly introducing the lifts back in! 09.01.2022 Be humble and kind people!! You never know what other people are going through or where they are on their own self journeys. Being supportive and positive can make a massive difference in their mental health and help them along on their journey!! ... Sometimes this may mean a harsh truth is necessary but there should never be any malice or cruelty associated with it
