24.01.2022 To all my lovely clients, As some of you are aware I have been quite unwell recently. I hadn't anticipated that Id be off work as long as I have been but due to circumstances outside of my control it looks like Ill be out this week as well. The good news is that I now have access from home, so please if you need anything I'm just a message or email away. 19.01.2022 ** Coronavirus ** Hey everyone! So I’m sure you’ve heard the mass hype on the media surrounding the coronavirus! Should you panic? Absolutely not! ... Should you cancel your travel plans? Highly unlikely depending on your circumstances. Should you live your life as normal but wash your hands more? That seems reasonable I know the media are scaring you at the moment, and I know it’s creating a lot of uncertainty out there for travelling. Please know that no one in the travel industry, be it airlines, cruises, tours etc are going to put you at unnecessary risk. If they deem it unsafe, they will cancel your trip. And if the whole world goes on lock down, all flights will be cancelled - the chances of that happening are very slim, but if it does, that’s up to me (or whoever you booked through) to sort out on your behalf. Now more than ever is when you need your travel agent, and we get that! We are here for you. We’ve got you! Believe me when I say myself and my colleagues are all working very hard to make sure any impacted bookings are fixed. We have nothing but your best interests at heart and will help where we can. If you decide to cancel your trip because you’re scared, we will help as best we can, but please know that in most cases, you can still travel and live your best life. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know - If you booked your holiday with myself or any of my colleagues... Don’t stress, we’ve got you! Jacinta

18.01.2022 Once again, the media strikes, reporting this time on Flight Centre's closing stores, apparently due to the Coronavirus. Please know that this isn't the full story, and that as it currently stands, my and my colleague's jobs along with your local WA stores are safe and working hard to sort out the other issues that have been arising due to the pandemic. We appreciate your concern that you have expressed and always love to see your smiling faces and hearing from you. We are mo...re concerned about our affected customers bookings than the safety of our jobs currently. Myself and my colleagues are experiencing a high volume of calls, texts, private messages, emails & people coming to see us with their concerns on all things travel related. As a result our turnaround time at getting back to our customers isn't as fast as usual - We very much appreciate your patience & understanding during this extremely busy time. We are working on all impacted bookings up to the 11th of May in date order of urgency. If your booking is after the 11th of May and not impacted we will get back to you ASAP once we have worked through all urgent impacted bookings. I know its a stressful time for everyone at the moment, but as far as your travel plans go, leave that stress up to us to sort out if it comes to it that your travel plans are impacted. That's why you book with a Travel Agent, to deal with it so that you don't have to. Thanks again for your patience, understanding & care during this challenging time! I appreciate you all. Jacinta
