13.01.2022 Try setting an intention as you go to sleep to let go of the day and start fresh in the morning. Worrying, overthinking & over active minds can use up alot of our precious energy that we need to have a restful sleep, recharging our bodies for a new day. Imagine breathing out the day/heaviness with a colour and breathe in calmness with another colour and feel it going to every cell of your body.
