It smothers any thought of true fulfilment. ... 11.01.2022 #Justbreathe I swear if one more guru, mentor, book told me to just breathe I was going to completely lose my s*$#! How the hell does just breathing help? If I was able to just breathe I wouldnt be bloody looking for assistance from a person or out of a book in the first place!! ARGHH! The irony now. What I have learnt is Yes, just breathing helps to create space. Space allows us to observe the situation we are in, to see the as is. When we are doing that, we are separ...ating from the matrix of emotional patterns that we would have associated to this event. Its like hitting the tapedeck again for how we REACT. So instead of immediately reacting, STOP, breathe and create space. What I know is though, that if we dont work on the subconscious programs that create those patterns, that create those reactions to how we deal (dont deal) with our experience in life, that is all we will experience. Because we havent evolved. We just re-create the cycle again. The only way I have known to do this is through the work that I do. 11.01.2022 So often I hear "IT'S MEANT TO BE" I too believed in this for much of my life. Until I understood that my brain is neoplastic it can change its neural pathways; its programmed belief patterns. This programming coupled with universal energy creates our life. So, if my unconscious self (in my brain) has the belief that I cant have this, or this cant happen, or nothings ever easy etc etc then thats exactly what you will attract into your life. You will attract in those be...liefs to be your experience in life. Because then it makes you right! It also leaves it up to the universe. We then scurry around coming up with answers to make it right, to make it so. So yes, lean into the universe, listen to the whispers of your soul. But I would question the its meant to be. You get to know, understand your selves that are ultimately you. ... In understanding yourself with curiosity, love and compassion can you then be authentic as youll realise you already are. Each part of you expresses itself in its own way. So rather than getting pissed off with not knowing the answer, having patterns consistently appear in your life & needing to get away and have a holiday from the life you lead. Get to truly know yourself through a conversation online in the comfort of your own home. Youll see how simple it is. Then you can tap into your own essence and life force and that is self-love.



06.01.2022 Notice something? How can we live a juicy life when we are busy faking it? Often People Pleasers are the worst towards the ones that we love. All that energy is given off to everyone else. Eventually all that resentment builds up and tends to be behind closed doors to those we care about that cop the anger. This creates more guilt & shame and so the cycle repeats itself.
