You also have the option of training face to face both indoors and outdoors. Your current times/days will stay the same unless otherwise advised. Virtual & Outdoor Group Personal Training As of Monday 9 of November, Jack & Hill will be offering both Virtual and Outdoor Group Personal Training. You will continue to enjoy unlimited access to the full timetable of Group Personal Training Sessions. We will continue with strict hygiene practices to ensure your ongoing safety. COVID Safe Plan Re-opening requirements : * Maximum 20 members per site * Maximum 10 members per area * Minimum of 8 sqm per person At these limits, we believe we can easily return to normal levels of activity and still exceed the minimum requirements. We will continue with high levels of sanitation of work spaces and equipment as per our last re-opening. Temperature checks will be mandatory, as will hand sanitising pre and post workouts. 12.01.2022 11th Day - 22 December In one single drink that's easy-to-consume and packed with vitamins like Vitamin K and Vitamin C, fiber, minerals, including a bit of iron. Ingredients * 1 bunch kale (about 5 oz)... * 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled * 1 Granny smith apple (or any large apple) * 5 celery stalks, ends trimmed * large English cucumber * Handful fresh parsley (about 1 oz) * 1 Tablespoon of 100% Organic Super Greens Powder Instructions 1. Wash and prep the vegetables. I like to cut them in large chunks. 2. Blend or juice in the order listed (or add them to a blender and blend on high.) 3. If you used a juicer, simply pour the green juice into glasses and enjoy immediately. If you used a blender, the juice will be thicker. You can pour it through a fine mesh sieve, and using the back of a spoon, press the pulp into the sieve to extract as much liquid as possible. Pour the strained juice into glasses and enjoy! Ingredients 1 bunch kale (about 5 oz) 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled... 1 Granny smith apple (or any large apple) 5 celery stalks, ends trimmed large English cucumber Handful fresh parsley (about 1 oz) 1 Tablespoon of 100% Organic Super Greens Powder Instructions Wash and prep the vegetables. I like to cut them in large chunks. Blend or juice in the order listed (or add them to a blender and blend on high.) If you used a juicer, simply pour the green juice into glasses and enjoy immediately. If you used a blender, the juice will be thicker. You can pour it through a fine mesh sieve, and using the back of a spoon, press the pulp into the sieve to extract as much liquid as possible. Pour the strained juice into glasses and enjoy!
