Where the original Desire Lines album explores identity in relationship to place and time, the Redux does so in more directly personal terms: namely, in regards to sexuality. It starts in a fairly tense place where I analyse my place in a world of binaries and narratives I struggled to relate to - despite trying. And thats deconstructed eventually and leads into a more joyous and fluid place. #sydneymusic #queersydney #desirelines
