04.01.2022 Coronavirus statement As the covid-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we wanted to share with our valued friends and customers the steps were taking to minimise the risk to our local community. Our greatest priority at the moment is the health and safety of our family and you, our customers. ... Due to this were doubling down and taking extra steps to ensure our shop is clean and hygienic. Were doing this by increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation of utensils, machinery and areas of high touch such as door handles, bench tops and counters. Were actively following all general food health and safety advice and making sure we wash hands thoroughly between handling ALL food (as we have always done!), thoroughly cooking and properly handling all meat products and avoiding close contact with anyone showing signs and symptoms of respiratory illness. The European food and safety authority has released a statement this week noting there is currently no evidence that food is a likely source or route of transmission! So to all our loyal and loved customers, its business as usual and wed love to see everyones smiling faces and ongoing support, not only for our little family run business, but for all small businesses across the country during these tough times!
